I’m a wife, mom of 3 girls, mindset expert, digital marketer, podcaster, and huge lover of all things coffee. I went from 4th grade elementary school teacher, to food business owner, to subconscious mindset coach specializing in weekly evergreen sales with a small audience.
I’m on a mission to help as many women as possible step into their power so they can have a positive ripple effect on the world.
I help CEOs create wildly profitable, wildly fun businesses with weekly evergreen sales.
My philosophy is simple: most launch models stink and cause entrepreneurs to become exhausted, burned out and hating their business.
I’m not here for that. Which is why I founded Elevate and The 7 to 7 Formula.
Elevate empowers founders with the strategy, tools and mindset needed to have wildly profitable fun businesses so they can be cycle breakers.
Elevated CEOs (or Elevate-ors) are guided through The 7 to 7 Formula, a proven four-phase framework for getting weekly sales, in just 7 hours a week, and receive personalized support and accountability through weekly advisory board calls, live trainings and more.
I am a master mindset coach, success strategist, master NLP practitioner, master hypnotherapist & master TIME techniques practitioner.
As a teacher with a Master’s Degree in Education, I’ve been studying goal setting and planning for over 15 years and studying the Law of Attraction, manifestation & the power of the subconscious mind for over 5 years.
It is my intention to bring to you the most information & share it in a way where you can actually APPLY it and see massive results in your business and your life.
