The Missing Link in my Business: Connection

A month ago I went to Las Vegas for the 90 day year conference with Todd Herman. I got to connect with influencers like Melyssa Griffin, Rachel Luna, Nikki Elridge Brown, Melanie and Devin Duncan…and more. I also got to meet other entrepreneurs that are on a similar journey as me. Monetarily that trip cost us around $3,000 but the value was priceless. I came home with ideas to implement right away in my business, relationships I could build on and a new energy around my business. Making direct connections with other entrepreneurs was the thing that changed my business for the better. It was what moved me forward.

Why am I telling you this? Because imagine if you had the opportunity to travel to a conference to meet all these speakers and interact with a community. You’d be able to listen to them speak and interact with people on a similar journey. How much would that cost to do? A lot! How much would the value be? Priceless!  That’s what The Food Entrepreneur summit is. A chance to learn and connect with influential speakers from your computer.

Listen below to these two short podcast episodes to see exactly how making connections helped solve a major problem I had in my business.

The Food Entrepreneur Summit

Connection is the way to move your business forward. I’m 1000% sure of that.

The summit is a way for you to learn from successful entrepreneurs who have solved problems and come out the other side. You’ll be able to learn their strategies and techniques that they’ve applied directly in their business AND you’ll be able to ask them questions. You’ll also have a chance to interact in a community of like minded entrepreneurs!

Don’t underestimate the power of relationships and how important it is to share struggles and difficulties you’re having.  When you share your problems you get a new perspective, fresh ideas and you work through what you’re dealing with.

The Food Entrepreneur Summit is for you if….

  • You want to work less and get more exposure.
  • You want to learn strategies that have been tested and proven to have success
  • You want to find motivation and inspiration and stop comparing yourself to other bloggers and entrepreneurs.
  • You want to learn how to find inspiration in other people’s success without getting stuck in the comparison trap
  • You’re feeling stuck and like you’re not moving forward.
  • You’re missing a community or a person who gets you.
  • You need to learn more about your business
  • You want to ask your favorite bloggers questions that they’ll take the time to answer.
  • You want to hang out, learn and connect with other people just like you.

The summit evolved over the Jim Rohn quote, “You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.” So come spend time with me and the speakers, learn, connect, find an accountability partner, ask questions and have virtual coffee with us. I’m SO super psyched about this! Get more info here and feel free to ask me any questions you have!

Nicole, I was just thinking about all I do to grow my blog and social media and then asking myself about connections. Am i really connecting? I would much rather have a connection with 100 over 1000 connection-less page views. I have a lot to think about.

    The summit looks amazing.
